Could this be a scam or not, I don't know, can anyone help?

I got an email asking me to send this person my bank details for a million quid to be paid in. They also asked for my email pword and my facebook pword. as well as the combination for my bicycle lock. Should I p on this sort of information if they seem to be genuine?
