Is it racist that there are Korean, black, asian, or native american organizations but no European ones?

In some cases we start and undercl of people by not making them speak and live as Americans and melt into our society if you think like a European or a Hispanic you are in making yourself an outsider and being a success here means in most cases you have to be an American and speak without an accent a kid that is not made to imilate in at least in speech is going to not be able to be successful here those that English is a second language will not do well and we cater to it therefore making an undercl out of compion
