I fed my aquatic frog a live worm..?

It was a few hours ago, regular size worm.. It wasn't bite-sized, but it wasnt the size that would make the frog choke either. Like I said it's been a few hours.. But now I can see it moving around in his belly. I'm REALLY freaked out now.. It isn't strong enough to puncture/crush/damage any internal body parts, is it?
