I would like a good book on modern military tactics.?

i am looking for a book that can be any size but an overview of the battle tactics used in the US military today. Today, not WWI WWII Civil War American Revolution medieval stuff, MODERN! Obviously most of the modern tactics will come from these older tactics, but i want it to be mainly the modern implementation.
