What do you do when you sabotage any thought of happiness for yourself?

Happiness is a choice. The negative thoughts that are making you feel miserable are also choices. As people we are able to choose our thinking, it is a skill that needs to be exercised. Right now your negative thinking is just a bad habits. Allow yourself to have a negative thought for 2 min. then tell yourself what is great about your life and about you. Make a list of 100 things you have be grateful for. Start smallk, example you can be grateful to Yahoo answers.
