Parents...Would you report this?

i would make a suggestion to the centre that some parents may be offended seeing this horrible person on the flyers, but as its just advertising purposes i dont think they would have looked into it deaply at who the person actually was, if it bothers you definately say something i cant say id be thrilled seeing a photo of someone who would do that to their baby not a nice memory to have going around locally for those involved.
