How To Convinse My mom To Let Me Wear Make-Up?

Im 14 and i will be starting high school in a couple of weeks. She lets me wear eye liner && lip gloss. I realy want to start wearing eye shadow, and please dont say to sitt and talk to her, ive tryed it and it didnt work :/
