Can anyone ist me on changing out the optical drives on my Aurora 7700 replacement computer (laptop)?

I'm getting an error when trying to burn disks using ConvertXtoDVD. It says something about using the wrong discs. I figure that the drives are either obsolete or faulty, maybe both. lol Anywho...I've removed every screw from the bottom-side of the laptop, including all hardware. (battery, hard drives, video card heat-sink, CPU heat-sink, RAM, etc..) I start to lift up on the top portion of the housing and it appears to still have a screw or something else hanging up about midway back in almost the center. I think that there may be a screw hidden underneath the keyboard, but I can't seem to remove it either...>_< I'm afraid to pry too much and break something vital. Any istance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
