Can a sinus infection make a front tooth hurt and make the lip swell?

I have no sinus drainage and some stuffiness. It started with headaches and when I took Excedrin Migraine, it took care of the pain. But now my lip above the tooth is swollen. I have no trouble eating things cold or hot. The tooth is tender to the touch, but not unbearable. The swellings seems to get worse each day. I really don't feel like it is an abscessed tooth, but then again, I'm not a doctor nor dentist. I had my doctor call in an antibiotic for a sinus infection, but it hasn't stopped the symptoms. I've had an abscessed tooth, and it doesn't feel anything like that, but the swelling reminds me of that.
