My 21 mth old still has a bottle of milk night and morning.?

I've asked a question about this before. I'm trying to wean my daughter off her bottles. She has one in the morning when she wakes in bed with us. Then we get up and have breakfast. She has another bottle in the evening at story time before bed when we have a snuggle together. Her teeth are brushed after breakfast and after evening bottle just before bed. She loves her bottles! This evening I tried giving it to her in a new beaker/cup with a plastic straw type sipper (free flowing easy to drink from), she loves her new cup and would use it happily for water but not for milk. She only drinks water during the day and won't accept milk from a cup. I want her to carry on drinking milk as much as possible as I think it's good for her. If we stop her bottles she wouldn't be concerned particularly but it'd mean she has a lot less milk a day. I know she has calcium in other products but I still would like to get her to drink milk from a cup.
