What is the name of the PC game...?

I remember a PC game in my childhood. I would like to recollect my nostalgia yet I cannot remember what the name of this game is. It was a God-Hand type game in which you controlled a civilization that starts from the Cavemen all the way up to modern day with missile pads and pacts with other countries. You can choose which types of civilizations you would like such as, the Aztec, Egyptians, Indians, and so on. You can have upgrades to your city with monuments such as the Statue of Liberty, Terracotta Army, the Eiffel Tower, etc. If anyone has any idea what I am talking about, please answer this. I would greatly appreciate it.
