Can i use feta cheese instead of cream cheese in this recipe? Can i use mozerella? Or can i just skip it?

Feta does not melt the same way that cream cheese does. You may end up with a stringy or gritty product. It will also add a salty bite to the finished dish so if you do use it be sure to adjust your seasonings I would maybe substitute a greek yogurt in this instance.
