How to make the mosquito go away?

I have alot of mosquito in my rooms, the reason is because I live in first floor building and my apartment is next to the garbage area. Is there anything I can buy that will attract the mosquito and kill them instantly.something like a lantern where when mosquito sees it, they fly into it and they get electrocuted or something. Is there such a thing. These mosquitos are really annoying, I get alot of bites from them. HELP!
