Does not giving up easy get you what you want?

We have all faced rejection, mine was in a way that even I would have said no to myself. She found out through a friend who found out through one of my friends and we had never even talked, so obviously she said no. But I ain't giving up so fast, but in the end, will I actually be able to change her decision? I will try it out once more, all by myself without any other help. I wont change that decision no matter what you say. But is there a chance she will change her mind? I'm ugly so I gotta make her like me with my charming personality and hilarious humor (cheesy line, I know, but hey I do have those qualities). I have the confidence, but deep inside I might be liking her a little more than the other girls from the past (shes gorgeous and seems shy, makes me go awww, and then realize how beautiful her smile is) but even after rejecting me, she stared at me in school alot, by alot I mean ALOT. Does that mean anything? And am I expecting a little too much (I feel so)? And once again, will it change her mind? Thanks and have a nice day :D.
