What do you guys think, boy or girl. Ultrasound at 15 weeks.?

Girl or boy, I have heard about three lines being a girl, but that three dots in a triangular shape may mean boy?? Confused. Thanks in advance. I know the picture is pretty early so it may simply be hard to distinguish.
